Tamar
McKinley has worked extensively in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 10 years. She is a published
author and has conducted professional workshops and trainings in ABA. She holds a Master of Arts degree
in Human Behavior, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Tamar
has extensive experience working with individuals ranging in age from 18 months to 85 years. Although specializing
in Autism treatment, Tamar is experienced in providing behavioral treatment for a broad range of disorders including ADHD,
Non-verbal Learning Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety disorders and Addiction. She has provided consultation
to care homes, school districts, day programs and individuals. Tamar
is a proud parent and considers Attachment/Holistic Parenting to be a core part of her Orientation as a Behavior Analyst.

Cait Conklin
has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for eight years. Cait holds a graduate certificate
in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Masters of Science in Applied Anthropology. Cait has worked extensively in intensive autism programs as a tutor,
consultant, and program director. Working in homes, schools, group homes and day programs, Cait has served
individuals with a wide variety of developmental disabilities, as well as emotional disorders and learning disabilities. Cait is
the author of the Comprehensive Social Skills Program used by Home B.A.S.E., and also of the MAPS training series.
She has had the good fortune to be able to speak about ABA to a wide variety of audiences, including the Philippines
association for Behavior Analysis. She has recently completed preliminary research on the effects of service dogs for
people with Autism. Using Applied Behavior Analysis to help people with a wide variety of disabilities has convinced
Cait that everyone can make progress and develop towards their fullest potential, happiness, and independence.
