At Home B.A.S.E., Our Mission is to empower learners by providing measurable, technological and transparent behavior analytic programs that support culturally meaningful change.

• By measurable and transparent, we mean that all programs we provide should objectively document behavior change in a way that is understandable and accessible to everyone involved.
  
  
• By technological, we mean that our programs should use validated, evidence-based practices reflecting the technology of applied behavior analysis, the dimensions of which have been defined by Baer Risley and Wolf (1968).
  
  
• Finally, it is important that the change we make is meaningful, culturally appropriate, and multiculturally sensitive.  The behavior change that results for a learner should embrace the learner’s diversity and individuality while making a positive change in his or her life.
